Nash papyrus, 150-100 BC, consists of four papyrus fragments and was the oldest document known in Hebrew square script until the Qumran finds. It was purchased in Egypt in 1902 and is now kept in the Cambridge University Library (MS Or. 233). For more information on the papyrus see https://cudl.lib.cam.ac.uk/view/MS-OR-00233/1
