Gezer calendar, 10th-9th century BC; apparently months are accounted for on the basis of agricultural activities, but linguistic features do not allow a clear identification of the script either with Phoenician or Hebrew; limestone. Discovered at Gezer in 1908; however, the stratigraphy of the site was difficult to read; now kept at the Istanbul Archaeological Museum (Istanbul, Turkey).Gezer calendar, 10th-9th century BC; apparently months are accounted for on the basis of agricultural activities, but linguistic features do not allow a clear identification of the script either with Phoenician or Hebrew; limestone.
