Since November 2013 a first version of the website "Liber | Linear B Electronic Resources" liber.isma.cnr.it is online. The LiBER project, launched by the National Research Council’s Institute for the Study of the Ancient Mediterranean (CNR-ISMA) and developed by Maurizio Del Freo and Francesco Di Filippo, aims at producing an updated electronic edition of Linear B texts with the addition of a search engine specifically designed for the treatment of logo-syllabic scripts. At present, the database contains all the Linear B documents from Mycenae, Tiryns and Midea. The database contains texts in transcription and photographs and includes information about scribes, findspots, chronologies and museums. The search engine allows to perform complex queries, the results of which can be displayed as indexes of words, lists of documents or groups of findspots.
